4.	SEMASA&Sesudah Checkin - Boking untuk beberapa bilik atau boking secara kelompok(block booking) akan tetapi customers gagal datang pada tarikh yang telah ditetapkan maka kiraan sewa bilik-bilik berkenaan akan tetap di kira penuh duduki (fully occupy) .
5.	SESUDAHcheckin – Memaklumkan untuk mengurangkan beberapa bilik penginapan selepas beberapa hari berlalunya penginapan maka kiraan sewa akan tetap di kira penuh duduki seperti asal (fully occupy)
6.	SESUDAHcheckin - Memaklumkan untuk memendekkan tempoh hari menginap daripada yang tempoh boking asal selepas beberapa hari berlalunya penginapan maka kiraan sewa akan tetap di kira mengikut tempoh hari asal ( full duration)

The two nearest commuting stations that lead to our Lodge are the Kg.Baru LRT Station and Chow Kit Road Monorail Station. Between the two I would advise anybody to take the Chow Kit Road Monorail Line becoz it is wee bit closer and the roads leading to it are all along the main roads. As you walk or drive , shopping complexes, shops, government and private offices , restaurants ,cafes, stalls , hotels ( to name a few) are all along the fringes and sidewalk of the roads and that makes walking, using your physical leggy power, an interesting journey by itself. As you walk and jaywalk ( not advisable)and if you felt hungry or thirsty or a sudden urge of nature's call you could just drop in at the restaurants or shops , all along the roads, fill up your tummy and cleverly make use of their rest room facilities ( thats what you're there in the first place right!) . Its free-the loo of coz- you still have to pay for the food.
On the other hand if you were to use the Kg.Baru LRT Line , the roads leading to our Lodge are feeder roads. Which means the journey is a wee bit far but insanely interesting, though, because you will walk through a true ( well..somewhat becoz trend of modernization surely but slowly creeping in as time progresses) Malay Kampong/Village/Housing right in the middle of KL city. Its somewhat a stunningly unique sight, surrounding, feeling, atmosphere and environment with residential houses , foodstalls and shop houses etc (-traditional mixed with modern-all blended together somewhat like an unorganized and unresolved jigsaw puzzle. Howsoever , having said that, its undeniably a center of Malay food galore cum bazaars esp during fasting season ieRamadan. If you wanna experience it - don't miss it otherwise you will regret living on this planet , seriously!- then you must try this option.No choice guys!

(Antara dua stasyen ini Chow Kit Road Monorail Stasyen didapati paling hampir dan paling mudah menuju ke Lodge kami. Perjalanannya mengikuti semua jalan utama kenderaan berhampiran kompleks kerajaan dan swasta, hotels, restoran, kedai-kedai dan sebagainya. Perjalanannya sahaja adalah satu pemandangan dan pengalaman bagi tiap pengunjung. Sekiranya anda rasa lapar ataupun haus ataupun terdesak oleh pangillan semula jadi semasa perjalanan bolehlah berhenti di restoran berdekatan untuk megisi perut sambil menggunakan fasiliti disediakan jika perlu. Berlainan dengan stasyen Kg.Baru di mana ia didapati sedikit jauh tetapi melalui benar-benar kampong Melayu didalam bandar KL )Tak caya !

2.	We only entertain FIRM booking ie AFTER receiving 50% deposit payment from you. The balance 50% of payment SHALL be paid at the check-in counter on the day of your arrival. All bookings are considered FIRM and no refund shall be entertained if the bookings are dishonoured

7.	Once the 50% deposit have been paid and the room/rooms have been RESERVED for you, for any cancellation of bookings or ' No Show '( fail to turn up ) there will be NO REFUND of your deposit.
8.	Similarly if you have booked the room/rooms and we have RESERVED the room/rooms for you and for some unknown reason, prior to your occupancy date, you decide to shorten the duration days RESERVED or reduce the number of rooms RESERVED, then the management have the right to deduct 50% of the room rental (based on rooms reduced or days shortened) accordingly for MONETARY LOSS & inconvenience caused.
9.	If you have made advanced booking ( minimum of two months ) ahead of time of your occupancy , somehow or other you decide to cancel your bookings prior to your arrival then the management shall have the right to charge 50% of total amount booked for administration charges and inconvenience caused and your bookings shall be forfeited.

Hari Raya Celebration is a day of celebration not only for Muslims in Malaysia but by all races and faiths. That's Malaysia style. Almost all ( or for those who can afford ) would celebrate it with 'Open House ' concept . As usual Malaysian ministers would be the first to initiate such culture by inviting all Malaysians and non -Malaysians to come to their residences wishing them and guests could have free food after that. For kids and elderlies they would be given some cash handouts besides the free feast. watch here!

All aircond units in the rooms have already been set to cool comfort temperature. Guests are STRONGLY advised to only click the ON/OFF button control and NOT to click other buttons shown on the remote. Clicking the other buttons could cause sensors disruption and this would take several hours to reset. The same applies to the WIRED controls in room 8,9,10

All rooms are assigned to guests according to request as booked in tandem with the number or size of beds or therein. Person of more than 10 years old shall use make extra order on mattress at a price of RM15 (excuding the charge of RM10/person on extra person charge ),if space permits. Surcharge

Guests are required to inform Counter Staff for late check-out. We can only entertain such request if and unless the room/rooms have not been booked by customers. However, if requests are entertain, we would surcharge customers (as we are losing revenue) as follows :

1)if the check-out time is anytime before 6pm - a surcharge of half day rental shall be imposed ;

2) Beyond 6pm and thereafter a one night rental shall be imposed

Guests diminta memaklumkan Kounter Staf jika ingin check-out lewat. Permintaan akan di layan sekiranya bilik-bilik tersebut belum ada di book lagi. Sekiranya permintaan di layan ( maknanya bilik masih belum ada book lagi)dan pihak kami akan mengenakan surcaj seperti berikut memandangkan kehilangan revenue , seperti berikut;

1)separuh sewa akan dikenakan sekiranya masa check-out tidak melebihi jam 6ptng;

However would appreciate if guests could have their puff outside the building at the frontage parking area if the super urge is beyond managable level.Be good,be healthy and stay alive!Tq

We have provided a large size refrigerator at the hallway for guests use.We advise guests to ONLY refrigerate cold drinks &fruits for own consumption during their short term stay(if there is a need).Kindly not to over stuff the refrigerator with foodstuff. As it is a pool refrigerator, the Management shall not take any responsibility for any UFO gone missing that have been refrigerated therein.UFO - Untraceable Foodstuff Out Guests to ensure all food refrigerated therein be removed when checking out. All food remained thereafter shall be considered waste and be discarded by the management(Guests di minta mengeluarkan semua makanan yang di simpan dalam peti sejuk apabila checkout.
